We provide a full 360 degree assessment of you property making sure you have the right rating for your structure. We offer expertise in assisting you to apply BAL requirements to your building. |

We provide wind zone ratings assessed from actual site conditions. This includes wind speed information for design and specification purposes relating to requirements such as: bracing, roof & wall cladding and window glazing specifications. |

We provide environmental exposure classifications relating to corrosion protection for: structural steel, roof sheeting, steel cladding and concrete (reinforcement) specifications. |

We provide on site assessments for drainage requirements to determine point of discharge. Additionally, in conjunction with e-struct civil & structural, we provide preliminary design information for the application of such things as Water Sensitive Urban Design (WSUD). |
