Soil testing

We provide a comprehensive site analysis conforming with AS2870-2011 and current National Construction Code requirements. This includes full recommendations for fill sites and tree effects founding requirements and specifications. Through e-struct civil & structural, full structural design services are available, including footings design.

For sites requiring onsite drainage discharge (typically sand sites), we can provide a site analysis of soil permeability which is required for drainage design. This is performed using permeameters (based upon Australian Standard specifications) that measure the soak rates of your site. Again through e-struct civil & structural, full structural design services are available, including soakwells design.

We provide a detailed analysis of site conditions for septic discharge requirements. We assess such considerations as soil sodicity and PH levels, which, if not determined, can lead to ground erosion and soil degradation. And again, through e-struct civil & structural, full structural design services are available, including full septic system and effluent line design and specifications.
